Welcome to Foundry AI Takeoff. By registering for an account, accessing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

Foundry AI Takeoff provides an estimation and quoting platform designed for plumbing and electrical trades. The platform incorporates market data (e.g., Merkels) and algorithmic estimations to assist in generating project quotes.

2. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

Our platform aggregates market rates and labor data for estimation purposes. However, we make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any pricing or estimations generated. Users hold the ultimate responsibility to verify all rates, labor times, and total costs before submitting any quote to a client. Foundry AI Takeoff shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from inaccurate quotes.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Free Trial: New registrations may receive a 1-month free trial. Upon expiration, access is restricted until an active subscription is purchased.
• Payments: We use Yoco as our secure payment gateway. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to Yoco's processing terms.
• Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis (as selected). You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that the information provided during signup (including business name and address) is accurate. Any unauthorized use of your account is solely your responsibility.

5. Marketing and Communications

By opting into marketing communications during signup, you consent to receive promotional emails and updates from Foundry. You may opt out of these communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with Foundry AI Takeoff, including source code, UI designs, and underlying proprietary calculation recipes, are owned exclusively by Foundry. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have been enacted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
